Gorgeous weather again today! We biked the 40+ miles to Rapid City at our turtle pace, checking the sights along the way! We stopped by the Crazy Horse monument (Georgia has it behind her) and checked out a gift shop. A kitty inspected our bikes and approved, I think. Hill City boasted a bike shop (I visited it twice!) and a couple of places to picnic. We also saw Dall Sheep browsing by Spring Creek. We checked out the winery and Christmas shop (our Bacchetta recumbents, side by side are parked there) and admired the wonderful scenery along the way. After puffing up hills and racing down them again, we arrived in Rapid City and took the bike trail downtown to the motel. Another great day to ride!
